Carpets needed to be cut to size

The order was for carpet, door panels, and rear compartment doors for 1975 corvette. Initially received the door panels, which was not in ordered color. They were very nice about retruning/replacing the door panels with the ordered color.
However, the carpets came in after 7 weeks, but still needed to be cut to size. Took it to a local upholstery to cut it for additional $200. Also the compartment door panel was not the ordered color (neutral).
